Squeegee or pure water, whichever fits the job
We use traditional squeegee work and pure-water cleaning, and we match the method to the glass. A water-fed pole with pure water suits many exterior windows, while a hand squeegee is the better tool for detailed work up close, like the tall interior windows above.

Hard water and spotted glass
Mineral spotting from hard water and sprinkler overspray is common on Florida homes. Light deposits often come off with regular cleaning. Heavier deposits are a different job, and glass that is already etched may stay marked even after cleaning.
That is why we assess the glass first and explain your options before we begin, rather than promising a result we cannot see yet.

A few details go a long way: roughly how many windows and doors, whether you want the inside, the outside, or both, how many stories the home has, and any glass that is high or hard to reach. A couple of photos help too.

Yes. You can choose exterior-only service or interior and exterior. Tell us which you want in your quote request.
Are screens, tracks and sills included?
They can be included in your quote. If you want them cleaned along with the glass, say so when you ask for pricing so we can include them in the scope.
What if my windows have hard-water spots?
We assess the glass first and explain your options before starting. Some deposits need more than standard cleaning, and existing etching or damage may be permanent.
